How do the Mapper Cards work?

Our Mapper Cards™ are decks of cards that help you plan your marketing strategy for any channel step-by-step. They are a unique visual aid that helps you plan each stage of the process by laying the cards out and moving them around until you’ve built your plan.

Why should I focus on building a brand for my business?

Having a well-defined brand helps customers identify you and pick you out from the crowd. It builds credibility among your customers, and it can be fundamental to your company’s success.

Will the cards work for me?

If you are a visual thinker, and like to have ideas clearly laid out in front of you, then these work brilliantly! They have been working particularly well for neurodiverse customers, but not every customer has been neurodiverse! They are simply a great tool to help you brainstorm and map out your ideas, either on your own or with a team.

How long will delivery be?

All orders will be despatched within 2-3 working days, standard UK delivery will take up to 3 days. International orders will be shipped within 2 days and you will receive tracking info where available. We can’t be held responsible for additional duties and taxes applied once they have left the UK.

If your order is urgent, please get in touch and we will do our best to get your order dispatched as soon as possible using a quicker method.

My parcel has arrived damaged or has been lost in transit, how do I order a replacement?

It is very rare thankfully, but sometimes there are delays or the parcel is lost or damaged in transit, if you have any concerns please email us, (and send photos of the damaged parcel if this is the case) and we will respond with 48 hours.

Do you offer strategy sessions to help build the brand?

Yes! Lydia is a certified Business Strategist and offers brand and business strategy sessions, get in touch for more info.

Do you offer design and marketing support?

Yes! We are building a bank of templates to offer, and our sister brand, Creative Stripes offers branding, marketing and strategy services. Whether you need a logo, brochure, copywriting or website support, we can help.

Can I cancel or return my order?

We hope you will be pleased with you order, but if you need to, you may cancel at any time prior to dispatch.

Refunds and exchanges will only be processed if unwanted items are returned within 14 days from receipt of your order, and if the items are unopened and in perfect condition.

Please state RETURN in the subject heading and detail the product/s and the reason you would like to exchange or refund prior to posting. We are not responsible for items lost in the post when being returned. Wholesale orders are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless faulty.

You will be notified via email once a refund has been processed, and receive payment on the same card as the order was placed. The refund should reach you within five working days.
