A place for small business owners to build their brand
The Creative Support Hub is designed to help small business owners get to grips with all aspects of building their brand and creative marketing strategy. We provide inspiration, advice, and support on request, or through our membership scheme.
We are not an agency (virtual or otherwise), neither are we an online freelance marketplace. We are a team of marketing experts who are on hand to provide advice and guidance tailored to you and your business at a time that suits you and focused on a marketing or branding topic of your choice.
If you’re not quite ready for the commitment of hiring an agency or recruiting a dedicated marketing team, then the Creative Support Hub is the answer. There are three ways you can use our services:

I'm Lydia and I’ve been working in brand and marketing for nearly 25 years, working with some amazing household name brands as well as exciting small businesses and start-ups. Through my own business Creative Stripes I collaborate with copywriters, developers and other experts to help bring your brand to life.
It’s through my work and mentoring of small businesses and working on start-ups, that I realised the need for a place where business owners can access more affordable marketing solutions to support you in building your brand.
The first tool I created was the Social Media Mapper Cards, a tool to visually map out your social media planning for the month ahead. As a dyslexic, I realised how much I need to visually plan before I go anywhere near the screen, this proved popular with clients so we have been expanding the product range to include more areas of the brand building.
With the Creative Support Hub I’ve gathered together a panel of marketing and branding experts whom I know and trust to put your interests first. They are all business owners themselves (like me) so understand what’s involved in running a business, creating a brand and nurturing it to maturity. Our members can book expert sessions with us as a one-off or on a regular basis to tackle whatever today’s problem is. They get personalised support, honest feedback on their brand marketing, and advice they can actually put into practice right away because it’s tailored to them – their business, their brand.
